Educational Qualification :
- For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist:
- Must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Must have passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
- Must have passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. Standard.
- For Junior Typist:
- Must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Must have passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
- Must have passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. Standard.
- Must possess minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in typewriting on computer.
- Must have certificate showing successful completion of Typewriting course from a recognized institute.
- For Stenographer Grade-III:
- Must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Must have passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
- Must have passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. Standard.
- Must possess minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
- Must possess minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute on computer.
- Must have certificate showing successful completion of Stenography course from a recognized institute.
Age limit :-
- Minimum Age Limit of the Candidates: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit of the Candidates: 42 Years
- Age calculation date: 21 Sep 2026
- Upper age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government rules.
